Giving Back

Solomon’s vision is to make the world a better place through technology and people. We are fortunate that our success sometimes contributes to a local community’s well being. Solomon has provided state-of-the-art communications solutions to the Indian Health Services (IHS) in remote Southwestern areas. We have provided comprehensive communication systems to remote Navajo hospitals, bringing cutting edge healthcare to grossly underserved areas.

We are committed to helping develop tomorrow’s leaders from within our own community. In 2005, we established a strategic partnership with Arizona State University West Campus, School of Global Leadership and Management. We provide intern opportunities for students majoring in business. We now have seven undergraduate and graduate students working with our management staff. We know this is a win-win partnership for everyone, as we have found that our collaborative sessions often yield fresh new approaches and solutions.

We support Reachback Seminars, an Arizona Non-Profit 501 C 3 organization that mentors at-risk teenagers. Our employees volunteer their time to speak on career days and seminars throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area.
