Eligibilty |
|
Regular, full-time employees (working at least 32 hours per week) are eligible for
benefits (including holidays) on the first day of the month following 30 days of
continuous employment. PTO is accrued per pay period starting with the first week
of employment. |
Paid Time Off (PTO Days) |
|
Paid Time Off (“PTO”) provides a bank of days for all of an employee’s personal
needs, including vacation, personal, and sick time. Regular full-time employees
accrue PTO days on a graduated schedule based on length of service, starting with
14 days in the first year, accruing at a rate of 9.34 hours per month
|
Holidays |
|
Full-time employees enjoy ten paid holidays annually.

Health Insurance |
|
Health insurance provided by United Healthcare is available to eligible full-time
employees.
|
Prescription Drug Plan |
|
Prescription drug plans are included in the health insurance.
|
Dental Insurance |
|
Dental insurance provided by Guardian is available on the first day of the month
following the date of hire to eligible full-time employees.

Life Insurance/AD&D |
|
Eligible full-time employees are provided company-paid group term life and accidental
death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance from Guardian.

Disabilty Insurance |
|
Short-term disability insurance from Guardian is a company-paid benefit for eligible
full-time employees.
|
Bereavement Leave |
|
Bereavement leave may be granted to a full-time employee when a death in the immediate
family occurs.
|
No Benefit Waiver |
|
The Company does not provide any incentive for employees who waive benefits.
